iOS: The popular read-it-later app Instapaper has just been updated to version 4.0, with a slew of new features, including a completely redesigned iPad interface.
The app retains the clean look it's known for, but the iPad list interface now includes an easier to use grid and sidebar. The iPhone version wasn't left out of the redesign and the new version has a simpler and more unified screen. The update also redesigns the friends tab to include al links posted in your Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr feeds instead of only articles you've Liked. A new App Directory has been added as well to help spotlight other apps with Instapaper integration. The update adds a lot of new features, hit up the iTunes link below for the full list. Instapaper is a $4.99 download, but the update is free for existing users.
