7 Discover ended their one-time use card number program in August notifying their customers that they already had enough security features in place. The program allowed consumers to generate a number for every web site or transaction made, so they could determine exactly when or who stole your number if that ever occurred. Apparently, Discover realized this was a valuable service and reinstated the program.
